has been great. nothing big- simple usual bday gifts from family...but for some reason, this bday seem to touch my heart the most. thanks to my family for making me feel so valued.
today i received a package from my sisters- what made me most happy was a box of home-made fortune cookies w/ individual birthday wishes from each one of my family members. sweetest! i love them- makes me miss my family.
so today, if i look back 8 years ago, there i am just a young girl. so overprotected by my parents. new to the world. today, i am a mother of 2 beautiful kids. a wife to a wonderful patient husband who loves me w/ every inch of his heart. a nyab/sis in law to a wonderful family who loves me and took me in to be their very own. a daughter and big sister to the greatest, most confusing, silly family who loves me no matter how much i bully them. i am happy. i love all the blessings i have. i love god for loving me and giving me such great gifts. thank you god for giving me the best 27 years of my life.
